How can I Forward a Request?


This feature will be available to the User who is having the Access Control to Forward.


If the user has the necessary permission, then the Workflow step can be forwarded to another user. 


Click on the icon as shown below on the request needs to be forwarded



A pop screen appears, choose the required details;

  1. Forward From
  2. Forward To from the respective drop-down List
  3. Enter details for Reason for Forwarding - Text Area.


After completing all the details Click on Forward.
