How to reset the Password?
Click on the Forgot Password icon as shown in below.
After the user clicks on the Forgot Password option please enter the associated e-mail id with ManageArtworks account and Click on Continue.
After the user clicks on the Continue icon a confirmation message will be displayed.
New password reset link will be sent to the respective E-mail ID inbox as shown below.
Click on the Reset Password link, after clicking on the Reset Password link it redirects to a new web page prompting to enter New Password as shown below.
Please try to enter an (Alpha Numeric Characters) format Password only and don’t share it with anybody.
The user password has been changed successfully a prompt message will be displayed.
